Great sports bar food & $1 any side upgrade! Yum. Their steak fries & sweet potato fries were delicious! Service was a bit longer-but I feel they were understaffed or not prepared for the amount of diners for local sports tournament

Wow...all i can say is wow... First off, my expectations wasn't that high to begin with since it was a bar&grill food place, but this place was really something alright. We came there and ordered two burgers. The server ended up pushing in the wrong type of burger for the kitchen to make. Now after waiting over 20 minutes for our food, they were both wrong. I have never waited that long for a burger before. After telling him it was wrong, he blamed it was the doing of the kitchen. When clearly at the end of the dining, our ticket said the wrong. Clearly his doing not the kitchen's. He apologized and said they can fix it in 2 seconds, which puzzled me because we waited over 20 minutes for it and now only 2 seconds? He quickly took it away and came back shortly afterwards. THE BURGERS WERE THE EXACT SAME BURGERS!!! They tried to scrape some of the toppings off and throw in the right ingredients. Umm.. I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFETIME EAT AT A PLACE THAT WOULD DO THIS!! The old toppings were still there! So sad this is how they tried to fix the problem. The sides and the burger patties itself were cold and soggy by the time they finish "fixing" it. We all ordered our entrees for a reason. Maybe it's food intolerance to food allergy or just simply taste. If you give me something that I can't eat and the old topping is still there, do you still expect a person who cant eat it to eat it? It's like saying I have a peanut allergy, and I ordered a jelly sandwich. You give me a peanut butter & jelly sandwich and then simply scrape the peanut butter off of one side and give it back to me. I'M STILL GOING TO DIE! So for the restaurant people who are too careless to remake new (even though it was clearly your mistake to begin with), please do not even get into the service industry. Carelessness loses customers!!

A fun sports bar on the bottom part of Main Street. Drafts were 5 bucks so you can't go wrong with that. They had live music when I was there on Saturday night.

It's a bar with bar food and bar food service , good drinks and burgers are interesting but meat was overall dry, fries showed up cold. Price was reasonable for PC downtown.

Went here during Sundance which, of course, had ungodly amounts of people rolling through, but we were still able to be seated within 10-15 min. Staff and servers really friendly even under pressure, and seems like a great spot to enjoy a game. Unfortunately our sandwhiches came out about an hour after we ordered it, but I'm sure it was part of the crazy crowds, and the tasty meal made up for it!

Great place to go after a day on the slopes and to catch a game and have a couple drinks. Was here during NFL playoffs and the place was packed. Ordered a quesadilla that came with guacamole, sour cream, and salsa. Pretty good.

Stopped by here on our last trip through Park City. The crew was friendly, the place is warm, inviting and cool. The food was fantastic -- my husband had the Detonator and declared it "The Best Burger" he's ever had (and he's had quite a few!). I had the Tycoon, a cod and cabbage sandwich that was delicious. Chef Rob is an artisan in the kitchen, man. The guy knows his stuff. Be sure to try the fried pickles with a little ranch. They're great!

In Park City for a family vacation and had dinner last night at Collie's. We really liked this place. Yes, it's a bar up front, but there is a nice seating area in the back. The food is fantastic! The wings are some of the best I've ever had. They are great by themselves, but I also dipped them in the Bobby-Q sauce and the hot buffalo sauce. Loved both sauces. The Widowmaker burger was awesome, and my kids loved the fish and chips and the quesadilla. The fries and onion rings are different and very good. We thoroughly enjoyed everything we ate, and will probably go back one more time before we go home. Laid back, casual, and fantastic food.

Worst service.... EVER!! Came here with a party of 6. We were seated way in the back, even though they weren't very busy. I'm guessing they forgot about us, cause it took at least ten minutes for out waitress to come Our food came pretty quick. We received something that we didn't even order. When we told them about this, our waitress didn't even care. No apologies, nothing. . My sister had ordered a Margarita, which never came. Not once did she come to see if we needed refills on our drinks, or to check on us to see if we needed anything. When we finally were able to flag her down, and told her about the Margarita, she said she was busy and forgot. REALLY? While we were trying to flag down anyone to help us, we noticed all the staff watching TV. F this place for ignoring their customers.

Pretty cool place. Bartenders are good friendly people. Good local hang out. Listened to some folks tell some hilarious stories. Didn't try their food but heard a couple of folks go nuts over their wings so i assume it's pretty legit.

This place always makes you wait even though there are plenty of open tables. Either they want you to think they're busier than they are, want you to sit at the bar area, or are just plain incompetent. Either way, it's annoying as hell having to wait when there are obviously places to seat you. I'd give this place a much lower score except that the burgers are good. So are the fries. Too bad the second time we went they ran out of fries. What kind of burger place runs out of fries!?!? No, I don't want your gross, runny cole slaw or stupid potato chips. Who wants to eat the white trash cousin of the noble french fry anyway!!? This place needs to get its shit together.

I stopped in there to eat some food while going to deer valley music concert. Food was greasy and not well cooked. Servers were not nice and pleasant. Felt like they were rushing even though more than half of the restaurant was empty. Usually park city restaurants are very good in terms of food and service.

Went here on Sunday, we got seated in the outside patio area. It was a beautiful day and so nice outside, however, we were seated for 20 minutes and our waitress finally sees us and says she had no idea there were anyone sitting at our table. She said we should of told her, I was kinda shocked that that was her reaction, it's not our job to grab you, it's your job to know when yo have customers. So, we ordered and the food took about a half hour, our waitress never once came by to let us know what was taking so long, I finally went and grabbed her and she said they were behind, no apology, nothing. 50 minutes in and still no food, lol. At this point, you would think she would bring out water or asked if we needed anything. Finally got our meals, it was good, but I'm definitely not going back. Horrible service...and just a heads up, the menu says you get a side with your entree but actually they charge you a dollar for it, so bizarre. Eff this place.

Collie's was an unexpected gem in Park City. One troubling aspect of wealthy ski towns is the tendency for restaurants to get expensive in a hurry. Collie's is a notable exception to this trend. I was drawn to the $ price range for Collie's, and I was not disappointed. The burgers were priced between $9 - $13, and these are man-sized burgers. Seeing as how I make the most out of my dining out experiences, I went with the Widow Maker burger: bacon, cheddar, hash browns, and an egg. That's right, hash browns. It was fantastic, and PLENTY of food for one man with a large appetite. To boot, the steak fries that accompanied the burger were exceptional. I'm usually unimpressed by steak fries, but these had a good crunch to them and were seasoned to perfection. The service was also stellar -- our server was prompt, sweet, and genuine. Collie's has a bar area and a dining area. Each area is packed with TVs, so if you're looking to catch a sporting event, you won't be disappointed. The decor and lighting in the dining room were not spectacular -- it felt a bit dark to me (due to carpeted floors, dark woods, and darker paint colors). It's the kind of place that makes you thankful for Yelp, because if looks alone determined one's dining choices, Collie's would not necessarily be your first pick. I give Collie's 5 stars for its excellent food, and because of its solid value as compared to its competition in Park City.

I had a salad with grilled chicken. It was fresh and had a generous portion of grilled juicy chicken. My husband had the BLT. it had delicious smoked bacon in it. A great lunch spot!

Had the motherlode sandwich, was great. It has a fried egg on it. And the fries were awesome. It's like they took a whole potato and curled it. I recommend Good place to watch games also.

Service- what's that? We waited for over 5 minutes at the host stand without even being acknowledged by a single staff member. Finally we found a server and asked if we could be seated. She didn't respond, just pointed to a nearby table, so we sat down. Drinks were ordered and received in a timely manner. After that, our server didn't even stop at our table for almost 45 minutes. Our drinks were empty for a while before she stopped by again. We had to flag her down to request another round and quickly placed our food order while we had her at our table. There was no apology at any point, nor was there a thank you for coming in. The food was typical for a sports bar- nothing special. We were there to watch a football game, and there were plenty of TVs for good viewing. That was the only positive. Overall this was a sub-par experience. We won't be back.

Service was awful, and food was disappointing. It's nice that they have all of the sports games on their TVs but I would not recommend this place for a night out to eat. We (group of 8) had the ribs, which were described as "edible", burgers which were "difficult to get through" and chilli which tasted like ketchup. The only decent food were the fries which were very unique and tasty.

I spend a lot of time in Park City but rarely venture to Main Street. This place was enjoyable and we will certainly return. It's a Sports bar but it is a place you can happily take the kids without seeing the obnoxious behavior that sometimes is seen when guys, beers and sports are combined. I'm that guy when sans kids, so don't judge! If you come in the from door you're in the bar but quickly moved into the back large dining room. There are a lot of TVs with very good pictures and every seat will have a fine view of one of them. Park City is primarily a destination so you will meet fans from every team in Collie's and a Sunday during football season is almost guaranteed fun. Food is pub food, but wonderful burgers and crispy fries are freshly cooked and highly recommended. I have to imagine during the ski season this place will be deservedly packed. Top place!

Will definitely not be coming back any time soon. Waited to be seated for ten minutes and it wasn't busy. The waitress was incredibly rude and acted like it was a hastle for her to bring my boyfriend and i extra silverware. I ordered pickle chips as a starter and they were probably some of the worst I've tasted, they were incredibly soggy and were hard to eat...everything was way too overpriced and the waitress mixed up our drink order and said we told her we wanted what we got instead of what we wanted. Main entree was good, I got the barbecue wings

Staff is nice (very friendly efficient bartender - David). The food is at best but then again it's a sports bar so... The cornbread was good but the turkey chili was sugar sweet (sweeter than the cornbread by a long way). Conveniently located on Main Street.

The perfect spot to watch a sporting event! We were stressing out trying to find a venue to watch Supercross on a Saturday night during NFL playoffs. There is practically a Tv for every table. The staff is SUPER accommodating, they sat us right in front of our own TV and even provided a speaker for our table! The food is pretty good, better than average bar food and the wait staff totally rocks! For a sports bar, this place nails it and for that I give it 5 Stars, we couldn't ask for more.

Possibly the best fries I have ever had, Jupiter Bowl is a good salad and family enjoyed the chili. Solid beer selection too - definitely coming back

We waited 45 minutes for 1 club sandwich. Seriously that's ridiculous. Then after our waitress had delivered our check, we had to wait 20 minutes for her to come take our card to pay. The food is good but who has time or patience for that kind of service? Not me.

  • Jonathan P.

Great food. Worst service ever. Had to ask for plates. I had to reach over the bar to get my own silverware. And to top it off it took the server over 10 mins to charge my bill. Now that's some BS.

Reviews are all over the board on this place and I can see why! We took a chance on this one and went in at about 4pm on a Friday. First impression... This is a BAR. It looks like a bar and certainly smells like one. It was a thin crowd during our visit with many locals hanging around the bar. Note: if you are not a local, expect slower service since the staff is usually too busy chatting with friends to take time for you or your order. Also, expect questions to go unanswered or met with a blank stare. The upside was the local beer and the food. Buffalo chicken sandwich was well seasoned and served on fresh ciabatta with yummy steak fries (not soggy). Just know what you re getting into. Fine dining with attentive service cannot be found here but decent bar food right on the Main Street can. With all the options in Park City, I would try something else if I were you.

Food was ok. Service was awful. Bartender was annoyed and poured really bad drinks. Regular patrons were rude. Worst part was: The parking lot next door said free validation, but the attendant said Collie's did not pay for validation stickers, so we had to pay an extra $9.

Went for lunch in the middle of the weekday after arriving and walking all over so it was pretty empty in the restaurant, we ordered the War Zone & Dynamite- would absolutely recommend! The two goons wrap was good, but pretty basic. Service was quick and polite - exactly what we need. The chef and owner even came out to ask how we enjoyed our experience at the end of the meal, which is always a great touch. Great location on an adorable street!

Food was overpriced - ok but not wonderful. The service was the absolute worst I have ever had. The waiter was snarky and never once came to check our drinks, our food, etc. It literally took an hour to get our food and the place was almost empty.

I stopped in collies while strolling in Main Street. I did not eat but had a Bloody Mary that was delicious! I had planned to come back the next day to watch football but unfortunately never did. They have tons of tvs and if you get there early enough you can get a box so you can hear your game.!i will for sure go back.

This review is solely for the service, as I did not actually stick around to eat after being treated incredibly rude by our "waitress" Stacie. After being seated, we were told that Stacie would be our server, but she didn't make an appearance for over 20 minutes until we were finally able to flag her down. During this time, however, we watched her wait on a table who had walked in several minutes after us and decided to seat themselves, as well as bus a table that remained empty for over 15 minutes afterwards. When we finally were able to get her attention, we inquired as to why she waited on the table who came in after us first and she responded in such an incredibly rude manner that we got up and left the restaurant. This was truly the rudest, most inexcusable service I have ever experienced anywhere.

Food was okay for a sports bar. A little pricey for the food. There was no waiter for heir dining area just the bartender. It was a little slow going. My buddy got the wings...he said he has a lot better. I had the burger. It was okay but the price was not worth it.

Good atmosphere and nice service but the restaurant was empty and our burgers still took a long time to come out and when they did the fries were luke warm as were the burgers. Don't know how they accomplished that but burgers and fries need to be hot.

Everything about this place is great! I mean it; the food, the atmosphere, the sports on the tv, the music.. I could go on for days. But the main attraction in this bar show are the burgers. If you love a big, juicy burger as much as I do, I've got two words for you: widow maker. The widow maker burger is ridiculous. Hashbrowns and an egg on your burger who would've thought!?! Absolutely absurd! I give this place 5 stars no doubt.

  • Christina A.

Beer battered fries were tasty. Thickly peeled fresh cut potatoes. Also had the climax. Pulled pork with fried pickles, cole slaw, and onion straws. Delish. To be a sports bar they had a poor selection of craft beers however. Draft brews were all generic with decent selection of bottle brews, mostly locals. Husband had the burger with guac and bacon. Said it was generic.

We had a great time here. Service is friendly, food was great. We tried 2 kinds of burgers so far and we loved. Must have sweet potato fries! Good selection of beers (from brewerys not the other crappy beers). I recommend. Specially during spring time afternoons, sit outside and enjoy.
